The highly-publicized #MeToo movement has changed the face of sexual harassment. The behavior of dozens of politicians, entertainers, and executives have opened a space for both men and women to share their stories of sexual abuse and assault.
This course will discuss how to recognize and determine the types of harassment and gender discrimination in the workplace in addition to how these behaviors affect the victim, the harasser, and the employer and what you should do if you witness prohibited company conduct.

This course will help you to:

Recognize prohibited company conduct.
Understand the hardship harassment and gender discrimination causes to both the company and the complainant
Assess your own behavior
Understand the role your organization's culture plays in preventing harassment and gender discrimination
Understand your role in the reporting and investigation process

This course meets all state sexual harassment training prevention requirements other than CT and CA.
